While FedEx ended up delivering early shipments to some users two days in advance. iFixit became one of the lucky customers. However, what iFixit did was disassembling it rather than appreciating excitedly as others, which was always their way. The teardown allows user to have a further study about the iPhone in their hands. All the components of iPhone 4 were thus revealed, including the new model’s A4 application processor with 512MB of RAM, the new Retina Display, dual front and rear cameras, a secondary mic for noise canceling, an oversized new battery, and custom gyroscope.
